The service and the club
Open Racket AB operates the service. Contact: support@openracket.app. Open Racket provides tools for club administration, memberships and tournaments. Your membership is with the club named in the invitation. The club’s statutes are a separate document presented when you accept membership.
Your account
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Only use accounts and club functions you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access other users’ data without authorization or disrupt the service. For a child’s membership application, the named legal guardian must approve the application.
Membership fees and cancellation
The invitation shows the membership period, fee and currency. Payment instructions are provided by the club. Contact the club about membership, payments, cancellation or refunds. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected by these terms. Any platform fees and complete contractual conditions must be established before these terms are finalized.
Availability, changes and disputes
Terms covering availability, support, account closure, service changes, liability and dispute resolution still need to be established. This draft does not waive any statutory rights.
