Open Racket privacy policy
Who is responsible?
Open Racket AB provides a service for clubs, memberships and tournaments. Contact us at support@openracket.app. Clubs are responsible for their membership administration. Open Racket processes membership data on their behalf and is separately responsible for purposes determined by its operator.
Data and its use
The service handles account data such as name, email address, date of birth, gender and profile photo, together with sign-in and session information. Clubs manage memberships, payment status, accepted statutes and any guardian details. Personal identity numbers may be provided for Swedish memberships and are stored encrypted. Tournament features handle entries, draws and results. Invitations may contain a name and email address supplied by a club. Data supports these features, access control and messages about accounts and club activities. The legal basis for each purpose and any legitimate interests must be established before this policy is finalized.
Access and providers
Authorized club administrators can access information needed for club administration. Providers may supply hosting, storage and email delivery. Providers, recipients, processing locations and any transfers outside the EU/EEA must be confirmed for the deployed service.
Retention and your rights
Membership information is retained as a historical record. Accepted PDF versions and acceptance times remain when a club replaces its statutes. Profile changes do not change previous membership records. Retention periods and deletion procedures, including backups, still need to be established. Depending on the processing, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact the club about its membership register. Contact Open Racket AB at support@openracket.app for account and privacy questions. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

The service uses session cookies for sign-in and access control. A complete inventory of cookies, browser storage and any analytics services is required before this policy is finalized.
